Investment in projects is typically by way of a Loan Note with accompanying coupon. The Notes are offered on a limited basis and are suitable for qualifying individuals, corporates and pension investors. Loan Notes are issued with a 36 month term and can be redeemed once the underlying project has completed.
02. . THE RETURNS AND BENEFITS
Typical return on Loan Notes is 10 – 15% p.a.
Investors are encouraged to engage with the project. We provide regular detailed updates, and at the end of a project investors know that they’ve achieved a good return, but they have also been involved in creating someone a beautiful home.
03. Currency
Loan Notes are issued in the currency of the underlying project, US Dollars for US projects and Euro for projects in the EU.
